Engineering Program Manager

|SUMMARYUnder indirect supervision of the Director of Program Management, assume responsibility for day-to-day Program management of all activities and functions in one or more design and development programs, from program inception through production release; determining the most efficient and highest quality implementations of design; developing and monitoring program budgets and timelines; and performs related work as required.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in electrical (preferred), mechanical engineering or an equivalent and a minimum of five years prior experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Project/Program Management experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDDesign experience is a must.

Strength to lift and carry materials weighing up to 80 pounds. Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen. Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. Occasionally required to travel domestically and internationally. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. This position is factory based, in Mequon, WI.
