SUMMARYUnder indirect supervision of the Director of Program Management, assume responsibility for day-to-day Program management of all activities and functions in one or more design and development programs, from program inception through production release; determining the most efficient and highest quality implementations of design; developing and monitoring program budgets and timelines; and performs related work as required.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary to meet the needs of the organization from time to time, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in electrical (preferred), mechanical engineering or an equivalent and a minimum of five years prior experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Project/Program Management experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDDesign experience is a must.

Occasionally required to travel domestically and internationally. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. This position is factory based, in Mequon, WI. |
