SUMMARY
Under indirect supervision of the Director of Program Management, assume responsibility for day-to-day Program management of all activities and functions in one or more design and development programs, from program inception through production release; coordinating internal and external resources to determine the most efficient and highest quality implementations of design based on customer inputs; developing and monitoring program budgets and timelines; and performs related work as required. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires Project Management expertise with a technical background. Electrical / Mechanical engineering, electronics, or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of five years Project/Program Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a technical, project management, or related field. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
